We Are Not Real Estate Agents
We want to be completely transparent: we are not acting as real estate agents or brokers. We do not list your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or market it to other buyers. When you sell to us, you are selling directly to our company.
As a homeowner, you always have the option to list your property with a licensed real estate agent. A licensed agent may be able to help you sell your property for a higher price on the open market, though this typically takes longer and involves agent commissions (typically 5-6% of the sale price).
Our Offers
